All applicable taxes will be assessed based on the sum of the sales price and tax exempt status.

BMA will not chain, strap, tie down or dismantle any items for transport. 

• The Buy Now Page is a supplement to our online auctions. Its purpose is to give buyers an option to buy the item at market value before it goes up for auction. It is also an option for sellers to list your equipment when we do not have an active auction. 

• No miscellaneous auction items will be listed on The Buy Now auction page. BMA has the right to refuse item listings not suited for the Buy Now program.
