A Buyers Premium will be added to the final Sales Price.
5% up to $100,000 per lot
3% $100,000 - $200,000 per lot
2.5% $200,000 - $1,000,000 per lot
All applicable taxes will be assessed based on the sum of the sales price and buyer's premium.
BMA will not chain, strap, tie down or dismantle any items for transport.
Auction items must be removed within 7 days of purchase unless other arrangements are made. Any items left after 30 days will be subject to a $20 per day storage fee.
Big Mountain Auctions will help load out if possible, but we cannot guarantee help at all item locations.

August 11th 8:00am - 5:00pm
