Big Mountain Auctions has attempted to provide accurate descriptions of all items; however, it is the bidders responsibility to determine the condition and suitability of each item. Big Mountain Auctions does not guarantee actual hours/miles. We list what is showing on the meter at the time of listing.
Bidders must be at least 18 years old. By bidding on an item, you as the bidder, consent to pay for said item. Bidder will be liable for all attorney and legal fees incurred by Big Mountain Auctions in the collection of unpaid debt.
Online Buyers
A buyers premium will be added to all online purchases.

An invoice with payment options will be sent to the email address registered within 24 hours after the sale concludes. If you are the successful bidder, please wait for the emailed invoice. If you do not receive one within 24 hours, give us a call. A 3.5% fee will apply for all credit cards. Max credit card amount - $1,000.
Wire instructions will be included with the invoice.
ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE AUCTION DATE.
Pickup locations are listed on the website with each individual item.
No equipment will be released until payment is made in full. All Buyers will be subject to sales tax unless Big Mountains Auctions is provided with a sales exemption.
Dealer Doc Fee - $50.00 per title
Loss of title paperwork will require a $50.00 fee per title.
In State (Idaho) Title Vehicle Buyers:
Big Mountain Auctions is a vehicle dealer for the state of Idaho. All Idaho buyers will be required to sign 501 title paperwork either in person or via a Power of Attorney form that will be sent to you after your purchase. The paperwork will be turned into the state and your title will be mailed from the State of Idaho Transportation Department.
Out of State Titled Vehicle Buyers:
Licensed vehicles with title and invoice are your bill of sale and tax and license requirements will be subject to the rules in the State of the purchaser. Titles will be delivered via certified mail to the address on file with Big Mountain Auctions. Allow up to 10 days for titles to be issued unless specified as a delayed title. Buyer(s) will be responsible for all costs of re-sending the title and associated documents after 2nd attempt if buyer is unable to receive mail or provides the wrong address.
***Removal of equipment is the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer is responsible for all risk of loss or damage immediately upon purchase of the item
Live Onsite Auction Buyers
NO BUYERS PREMIUM for live onsite auction buyers.
Cash, bankable check, or credit card payment due day of sale. A 3.5% fee will apply for all credit cards. Max credit card amount - $1,000.
Auction items must be removed within 7 days of purchase unless other arrangements are made. Any items left after 30 days will be subject to a $20 per day storage fee.
